Avenue Energy, Inc. is a subsidiary of Avenue Group, Inc., a publicly traded company (OTCB: AVNU). Avenue Energy?s activities to date have focused predominantly in the oil and gas sector in Thailand and the Republic of Turkey, where it has entered into agreements with the Sayer Group. Pursuant to these agreements, Avenue Energy currently has interests in the Tosun and Karakalise licenses and options to acquire interests in up to 30 other oil and gas properties in Turkey.
