Application Factory is a consulting and software development group with extensive experience in petrochemical terminal operations. Our software application suite, PAS, provides many powerful and flexible features that today's for-hire terminal operations require. The application handles tank and tankcar inventories, and supports transportation over truck, rail, pipeline, and marine. The system supports blending in tankage or railcars, and includes a poweful inter-tank pipeline inventory management system. The package also produces the IRS Form 720-TO, as well as DOE-compliant reporting for terminals with SPR relationships. The system not only allows tank leasing, but supports "spot" business such as short term leases (less than one month), and even allows commingled products in a single tank from different contracts.Quick Facts
