Technology, AST is the leader in pressure sensing solutions. Without the use of welds, fluid filled cavities or O-rings, AST pressure sensors are machined from a single piece of stainless steel. These pressure sensors are built with a thick diaphragm and state-of-the-art strain gages to provide excellent accuracy, high proof pressure, long-term stability, and high electrical isolation.
AST's one-piece sensing element design is available in 316L stainless steel for applications including, but not limited to, hydrogen measurement, explosion-proof areas requiring NACE and Single Seal approval, as well as NSF61 water pressure applications.
