Agma plc is pre-eminent in the design and supply of original systems for corrosion and pollution control within the North Sea sector. Recognition by the major multi-nationals Shell, BP, Mobil, Exxon, Chevron and Conoco has led to the successful adoption of Agma systems in South America, the Arabian Gulf, North Africa, S E Asia and Japan with particular reference to the protection of OCTG.
The core businesses of Agma in corrosion and pollution control have been enhanced and complemented by influences drawn from research and development within the disciplines of microbiology, photo-luminescence, surface chemistry and organic synthesis. This work, together with the parallel pursuit of our hygiene interests, enabled Agma plc to expand its oilfield service capability to embrace offshore catering hygiene, ships' maintenance, offshore construction and pipeline testing. Significant innovation has remained the key to Agma's ever broadening interests.
