One example is the TOPOFF exercises designed to help the government prepare for,
and prevent, terrorist attacks. AMTI helped to design, cast and run the recent TOPOFF 4 exercise carried out in three American cities, Guam and the United Kingdom. The exercise involved more than 200 U.S. and international organizations including state, federal and local government as well as private industry and non-profit groups.
