Experienced in Well Control
Our team members have served in significant roles during historical well control events. In 1991, Wild Well was engaged by Kuwait Oil Company to regain control of its fields of raging well fires after the Iraqi invasion. In 2010, working as part of BP's extended team, Wild Well played a critical role in the advanced engineering planning and procedures, as well as the capping of the Macondo well in the Gulf of Mexico.
Our well control specialists and engineering professionals are on-call to respond to any well control event or pressure control emergency. As full-time employees of Wild Well, they work daily to resolve onshore and offshore emergencies globally, and possess decades of experience in managing simultaneous operations.
Subsea Response Services
Wild Well is the primary well response company in the world equipped with the dedicated subsea containment solution, WellCONTAINED™. The WellCONTAINED systems assists operators in prevention, preparation, response and recovery during deepwater well control events and subsea intervention. The system provides an integrated capping, debris removal and dispersant injection system in one convenient package. Systems are staged in strategic global locations, Aberdeen and Singapore, in a state of readiness in the event of a subsea incident.
The innovative DeepRange tool and 7Series intervention system work in conjunction as a groundbreaking plug and abandonment solution in a rigless, riserless package. This unique P&A system provides operators with a much-needed solution for cost-effective P&A operations that will leave a lasting impact on the industry.
Wild Well’s experienced well integrity managers have guided many clients through the process of evaluating well integrity issues and developing a mitigation plan. We specialize in well integrity surveys and solutions, brownfield well integrity management, well integrity gap analysis of shortcomings in current well integrity management system and merger and acquisition well integrity due diligence.
