The Toolpusher is responsible for the drill crew and, on some rigs, the marine and maintenance crews as well. On land, the Toolpusher may be the rig manager responsible for all operations. They are able to utilize real-time data to co-ordinate operations, ensuring equipment and manpower is available to complete a specific task.
