Construction Superintendents are based on the construction site and in charge of the day to day operations on-site, including subcontractor management and daily scheduling. The Construction Superintendent usually reports to a Project Manager or Construction Manager who will be office based. This role may have the title of Construction Foreman or Site Manager in different regions.
