They are tasked with negotiating new contracts and ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions outlined in the contracts. They also manage the ongoing support of contracts and administrating any changes or amendments to current contracts. Although involved in all types of commercial contract, the creation of construction or drilling contracts, are more complex and involve technical specs and intellectual property agreements.
