The WellSite Supervisor is similar to the Company Man role. They act as the operator's representative at the drill site. The WellSite Supervisor has to ensure that the well is drilled in accordance with the approved drilling specifications, and that it’s completed in line with time and budget. They are also responsible for third-party personnel and contractors.
