Energy developments to harness liquefied natural gas are taking off predominantly in the Australasian region of Oceania, which boasts such major LNG projects as Gorgon, PNG, Pluto, Prelude and Wheatstone, all set to produce within the next decade.
Well servicing and testing refers to activities done to already existing wells. Well interventions, well integrity activities, or general well work are usually classified under well servicing. Well testing is a planned acquisition of data from the reservoir of a well. The data gathered is then used to determine a well’s capacity for producing oil or gas.
