Job description: Who We Are Looking For The HRIS Co-ordinator is responsible for assisting with changes made within the HR Information System (HRIS) and HR processes, maintaining the HRIS sections of the HR Intranet and SharePoint sites; and providing support to HR Key Users as required.  Responsibilities * Assist Change Lead, Process & Governance and Control Lead with changes required within the HRIS and processes to support business needs and governance and controls (HRMDCCR checks, OM, security, and process adherence) * Use Quadrate software to upload mass change data into SAP, in conjunction with the SAP HR Consultant * Update training documentation to reflect controlled changes and formally roll out to relevant HR users of process changes * Assist with training of business users in SAP HR as required by the HR project roll outs * Service request management - org management, security, process support * Managing the tickets in Richmond, discussing with IT, considering solutions to put to Process Lead, resolving issues, giving feedback to business rep * Maintain the training and competence, and the qualifications catalogue within the HRIS. * Support with "SAP Co-ordinator" level duties such as expediting Richmond support tickets and SAP-HR Support Helpdesk queries raised by Key Users; acting as focal point between Key Users and SAP Support and handling authorisation requests. * Support HR Key Users in use of HRIS in their day to day roles and the wider HR community as and when required. * Creation and maintenance of Org Structures in SAP * Provide back up support training to HR users and administrators in use of HRIS. * Work with Local Process Experts within wider HR key user community to ensure knowledge is shared effectively and is consistently applied. * Carry out testing in the Quality Assurance system, as instructed by the Project Manager and document results. * Periodical auditing of HR data; ensuring HR data is maintained correctly. * Monitor self-service activity to ensure HRIS is maintained accurately by managers and employees. * Maintain the HRIS sections of the HR Intranet and SharePoint sites and provide support to HR Key Users as required.  This includes maintenance of authorisations and creating document libraries and lists. * Testing co-ordination - end to end (excluding unit testing), management of defects in Solution Manager * Testing execution - functional, regression, UAT * HRIS reporting - trend analysis on transactions * Solution Manager focal point - process structure and maintenance of documents * Support HR Change Team projects Key Skills & Experience * Educated to degree level * Proven HRIS Coordinator/ HR SAP Coordinator experience * Knowledge of SAP HR- Time, Payroll, Security, compensation management and Authorisation * Knowledge of SAP HR- Personnel admin and organisational management * Experience in training on new changes from project implementation * Exposure to assisting with various testing and implementation of HR projects (business and systems) * English Language * Microsoft Office Skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel), Visio and MS Projects * Microsoft SharePoint What We Offer * Competitive Pay & Benefits package * Structured Training, Development & Career Progression * Global Opportunities Location Portlethen, Aberdeen Please note that if your legal right to work in the UK is subject to special conditions or if you're not currently entitled to work in the UK then you will need to specify these in your application cover letter or CV.
