The Global Mobility Coordinator will contribute to the optimization of the global mobility program and processes which mainly includes travel and visa coordination of Oceaneering business travelers, rotators and expatriates in India. Closely working with resource team to facilitate the crew selection and scheduling process
Duties & Responsibilities
Administration of the Oceaneering Operations Personnel travel requirements and journey management.
Booking Flights/Accommodation/Car Hire as required for Personnel Travel
Raise travel/accommodation requisitions as per Global Mobility SOP;
Main point of contact for the immigration agent used in India and facilitate the visa process as required.
Highlight any issues and/or future problems to Global Mobility Manager.
Act as key Global mobility contact point for India operations team.
Maintain all visa and immigration records in the system.
Use initiative to research, create and update visa SOPS for new work locations and communicate these to the Visa and Immigration Compliance Specialist.
Ensure all visa applications are collated in accordance to the approved process and scrutinized prior to submitting.
• Track and monitor progress of all applications and ensure constant contact is maintained with all relevant agents to progress applications.
Work effectively as part of the team to produce streamlined ways of working.
Review travel associated invoices as well as statements for accuracy plus codes for Accounts Payable.
Answer 24 hour service phones for weekend cover and after office hours on an agreed schedule and route calls, as needed.
Attention to detail in typing and correspondence drafting.
Responsible for supporting the resource team for issuing the letter of assignment through encompass as required.

Education and/or Experience
2-3 years Travel or Operations experience; or 2-3 years global mobility experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
