Our client is a leading, US headquartered, oil and gas equipment manufacturer who is looking to expand their team by bringing on an experienced Director of Operations.

Director of Operations-Manufacturing Job Description:

  • This individual would be responsible for the day to day operations of the general manufacturing duties.
  • Responsible for the overall scheduling of work, as well as, implementing company wide policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for key improvements within the company, such as: production methods, operating procedures and working conditions.

Director of Operations-Manufacturing Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required for this role, with an MBA preferred
  • Must have no less than 5 years' of experience in a leadership role
  • Must have a prior manufacturing background with metals
