Supervise and Lead Improvement iniative the Blending & Filling of Lubricants, Process Oils, Specialty Products in accordance with GPC (LQS and GQS), and according to the Plan set by the Production Planner whilst meeting HSSE, Security and Environmental targets.

Manage (Execuate the plan, with proacitiveness in preventing problems, constantly demonstrate the improvement drive, Driving peer supervisors and inter dept peers to optimise overall operation-wide efficiency and orient to market requirement) the day to day operations activities of designated filling lines through coordination with blending, warehouse and packaging supervisors so that they achieve agreed programs/plans safely and within budgets.

This position is to Supervise a workforce to blend & fill lubricants in strict accordance with company laid down quality norms in a cost efficient manner and within HSSE standards .
Add-on driver to improve cost, quality, safety performance.
To perform / supervise bulk stock reconciliation process and will need to gauge tanks and count product.
Superuser in Production teams, driving overall efficiency in materials consumption, coach subordinates / peer supervisor in accurate work in GSAP, train more personnel in recon knowledge, drive yearend recon with monthly recond review for improvement.
To request work to be performed on an asset and within GSAP, this request is initiated by raising a notification.
Key member in meeting reviewing work request for optimal solution, cascading to team members on the work request status and solution, encouraging team participation in work request.
Responsible for reviewing existing production orders passed over by the planning team and then performing the tasks required to produce a detailed production schedule at the local level that will meet customer requirements and make efficient use of production capabilities.

Key member with excellent skill to drive daily production scheduling integrating the operation teams to maximise daily output with efficient resource utilisation; foresighted to spot problem adn address them to prevent PSA failure / resource idle; Drive planners to have efficient plan to execute (especially in term on sequence, batch size, compatibility-flushing, foco rework, baseoil utilisation per tank, shipment sequencing and ullage creation)
This job can change and release production orders in GSAP and will be responsible for the analysis of the results of collective order variance calculation and post quantity corrections where required. This job will then be able to revise the order status to allow the settlement and enter the activity allocation against the order.
Key driver to peers and subordinate in OPT, GR and CNF to ensure GSAP is reflected near to real time production status with accuracy in materials movement. Advisor to teams in term of problem resolution and stock view management.

Demonstrated as drivers in some CI projects, such as VSM Blend Cycle time, OEMS Critical SOP Write up, Cost Improvement initiatives.
Key Contributor in Management review meeting for KPI improvements
Coach to teams in SOP, Safety/Quality/Excellence awareness and Drive team in achieiving KPI result. This job requires a undergraduate or equivalent qualification., with 4-5 years of experience in people management
•Knowledge of blending and/or filling operations is critical and a prior experience of at least 2 years in a process plant is advantageous.
•Needs to be very familiar with different types of Blending & Filling equipment from manual to automatic
•Should be conversant with computers and product handling.
•Exposure to Quality Systems would be an advantage
•Technically sound would be added advantage.
