To manage contractor regulatory compliance for the maintenance and engineering organization.
Acts as focal point for maintenance and engineering teams to assure compliance to regulatory requirements for contractors in areas of immigration, CIDB and security.
Prepares and submits applications (PVP, CIDB, E-Vetting, etc) for the entry process for contractors, where required.
Follows up on applications (PVP, CIDB, E-Vetting, etc) and manages good professional relationship with regulatory bodies to ensure applications are timely approved.
Communicates and escalates non-compliance to management in a timely manner.
Manages the contractor regulatory compliance database.
Continuously update oneself on the latest regulatory requirements.
Maintains the procedures and guidelines for regulatory compliance
Bachelor Degree in Business/Commerce/HR/Technical or an equivalent from a recognized college or university
Possess a minimum of 5 years (Bachelor) or 10 years (Diploma) experience in managing relationships and compliance requirements with regulatory bodies.
Competent in managing relationships with regulatory bodies.
Managed submission of applications (PVP, CIDB, E-Vetting, etc.) and continuously following up on applications.
Up to date with latest HR regulatory compliance for foreign personnel and contractor personnel e.g. PVP, CIDB, E-Vetting, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrate personal effectiveness and characteristics of a self-starter, proactive and strong focus in delivery and results.
Good track record in leading teams and able to contribute effectively within a team.
Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate clearly (spoken and written) in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work under intense pressure in a fast paced environment and deliver within tight deadlines.
