Maintenance Engineering Discipline Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation & control systems).

Maintenance strategies documentation: review MOQ supplied documents in the discipline, assess gaps versus COMPANY's referential and make propositions. Participate in redaction of NOC maintenance philosophy. Same activity for the maintenance procedures supporting the implementation of the maintenance philosophy and strategy for the discipline.

Set?up the frame of the MIE review for the discipline, supporting documents, request necessary documentation to MOQ, liaise with other entities to get information. Manages the progress of the disciplines reviews.

Set?up the planning for the MIE review for the discipline ensures the progress is aligned with the transition objectives and within the budget.

Review discipline technical document and progress the following MIE activities (Asset register, Eq criticality, type of mnt, levels, CBM, PM, CM, priority mngt), Maintenance type /levels definition & selection, Planning and scheduling policy (priority matrix, backlog, deferral, permanent WO), spare parts strategy - gaps analysis to COMPANY's referential and standards, issue recommendation and participate in setting NOC documents

As part of detailed MIE activities for the discipline:
  • Equipment Running Policy ? running/standby ? MOQ review & gap analysis ? issue NOC document
  • Lifting and handling strategy ? MOQ review & gap analysis ? issue NOC document
  • Review Asset Register (SCE,HAE,packages structure, BOM) ? gap analysis and recommendation, review RBM by MOQ and identify gaps
  • Review PM (SCE, HAE, packages, routes, measuring points,task list) ? gap analysis and recommendation
  • Review PM (SCE, HAE, packages, routes, measuring points,task list) ? gap analysis and recommendation
  • Equipment maintainability assessment ? identify difficulties
  • EDMS ? Maintenance Manuals from OEM records quality assessment & documentation management
  • Remote monitoring deployment ? review MOQ solutions, assess efficiency and propose way forward
  • Planning ? Complete Maintenance Long Term Plan in the discipline, Work programme and budget in line with LTP
  • Critical spares and tools identified (level, availability), Issue purchase request for any additional critical spares parts, review of Min/Max levels ? issue recommendations
  • Review of the facilities available for maintenance execution ? Workshops on site, in logistics base
  • Main specific tools and their management ? MOQ review & gap analysis ? issue NOC document
  • Spare parts & tools inventory check (With LSO) logistics base and offshore sites
  • Critical spares and tools available or plan in place
  • EDMS ? Review of data quality for upload to EDMS, issue recommendations
  • Preparation of handover checklists and processed in place for operatorship transfer
  • Handover testing program to be developed before operatorship transfer, Function testing of business (maintenance) critical systems
  • Review SD strategy for the discipline, preparation, gates, LTP, reports ? participate in NOC procedure
  • Participate for the Monthly maintenance report, KPIs
  • Participate in filling the Master Document Register (title, author, target date, review cycle)
  • Liaise with HSE to get the SCE performance standards and leading documents, ensure the MIE is aligned with the HSE requirements for the discipline.
  • From the MIE review, issue a report with gaps (acceptable for NOC operations, not acceptable). For the last, recommendations for extension of MIE to be issued.
Technical requirements

5 years experience in O&G industry, with a deep knowledge of Total referential in the discipline (mechanical / electrical / control systems and instrumentation).

Experience of a re?engineering in a mature affiliate is a plus.
