Mackenzie Stuart Executive Search & Selection is working in close partnership with a leading top-tier equipment manufacturing company. The organisation is one of the major equipment manufacturers in the world with a renowned global presence.
Due to succession planning, the organisation is seeking to recruit an Corporate Sales/City Sales Representative - Permian Basin & West Texas - Surface Wellhead Systems - based in Odessa/Midland - to be responsible for managing and developing key accounts in the Permian Basin & West Texas area.
To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:
*A US Citizen. Currently located in Odessa/Midland. The company will not relocate a candidate.
*Educated with an Engineering degree or relevant industry experience
*10+ years' experience in the Oil & Gas industry with specific product line knowledge of Surface Wellhead & Frac Systems
*A proven and extensive customer base with large E&P and key independents operating in the Permian Basin & West Texas Shale plays
*Strong commercial background to support contract and tendering activities
*Proactive and motivated self-starter who can operate effectively in a corporate sales role.
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
*Manage and develop accounts with large E&P and key independents across the Permian Basin & West Texas Shale Plays
*Liaise with field sales and regional management to target key accounts in the region
*Provide technical and product support to customers provide excellent customer service
*Create and oversee tender and contract bids for new business
*Reporting into US Key Accounts Sales Manager.
In return you will receive a basic salary commensurate to experience + competitive bonus structure.

The consultant responsible for the assignment will provide constant consultative advice and feedback throughout the process from initial stages of taking on details of the role through to post placement feedback. This involves updates on sourcing candidates, short listing, arranging interviews with post interview feedback, advice on remuneration and managing the offer / acceptance / termination of previous employment and notice period. We find this close management and consultative advice ensures the client can secure the best candidate, whilst avoiding issues such as counter offers.
