The service provider shall :
Ensure the preparation, update and analysis of project work time schedules:
? for stand alone projects or groups of projects within the affiliate project entity,
? in line with the project entity scope of work (Greenfield, Brownfield) and,
? during the entire project development phase (from Basic Engineering through to start up) and,
? in relation with the project stakeholders (Affiliate, Drilling, Operations, Contractors, Vendors, etc.) and,
? within the defined framework and objectives in terms of regulation, compliance and standards of the affiliate to which the project belongs.


?To manage the Planning team (if any).
? To develop and maintain the work time schedules at all development stages in accordance with the scope of work and the contractual strategy.
? To review and comment contractors' schedules prior to their approval by project management
? To prepare the project entity schedule for incorporation within the affiliate integrated operation schedule.
? To be responsible for follow-up of the above-mentioned schedules.
? To define, follow-up and report the progress of the works and the relevant KPIs.
? To monitor project milestones.
? To identify and analyse potential delays and propose mitigating actions.
? To verify the critical path.
? To perform or participate in Schedule Risk Analyses with the Risk Manager and the project management team.
? To ensure regular backup and storage of electronic and printed planning and schedule information.
? To organize and submit the required periodic reports within the team and to his hierarchy.
? To contribute to the project reporting for his activity.
? To carry out any other duties or tasks that may be assigned by his hierarchy.
? To notify the hierarchy and the team when the objectives or the working conditions deviate from company's Standards.


? Engineer or technician with experience in a similar mission (5 to 10 years).
? Software (Microsoft Word, Excel and Access).
? Training on the use of Primavera for planning and scheduling activities.
? English (spoken and written - intermediate level).
