Seeking an experienced Sales Manager based in Singapore for my client who is a leading provider of integrated power and automation solutions. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team proactively, achieving sales targets through high performance and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager (APAC), your responsibilities will include:

* Identifying potential new customers within APAC, and determine plans for acquisition
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing key customers
* Participating on negotiations of key contracts by setting appropriate prices and margin for sales
* Identifying and managing potential risks
* Overseeing all sales processes and all relevant training and development plans

A strong individual with an extensive sales experience in the power generation industry. Must have passion for the EPC market within APAC, and have active working relationship with APAC clients.
