Position Summary This position is based in Singapore, and the chosen individual will manage sales activities forSingapore, China, Vietnam and the Philippines of the Oceaneering Service, Technology and Rental organization. Duties & Responsibilities **Essential Duties and Responsibilities.** * Present/discuss technical subjects relating to ST & R control logic, ST & R deployment procedures, and operational procedures - electrical knowledge is a plus * Understand and discuss basic subsea well completion operations where ST & R is necessary * Know and understand various types of subsea trees, subsea hardware & connections, and "inside-the-riser" components and tooling * Occasionally travel to other ST & R offices worldwide. * Develop and implement strategic sales plan. * Responsible for regional forecasting, and creating corresponding performance goals. * Attend trade association meetings, trade shows, industry events, etc. * Deliver ST & R sales presentations. * Assist the Bids and Proposals team with establishing regional pricing policy. * Responsible for evaluating existing rental fleet vs. market demand. * Advise management on needed capital expenditures. * Work with other Oceaneering business units to combine the ST & R business, with their product lines and promote a "One Oceaneering" philosophy. * Prepare sales report with sales volume, prospects, and areas of proposed expansion. * Responsible for providing constant competitive information for the region. * Measure regional market data against actual orders of subsea trees orders, potential hardware orders, and rental asset opportunities. * Record and report all meetings, opportunities, future prospects/projects into Oceaneering Customer Relationship Management (CRM). * Actively store all data, including: sales reports, forecasts, prospects, client communications, and market assessments. * Provide region(s) specific input for all region-specific marketing content. * Other duties as needed Qualifications **Requirements:** * Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or minimum 5 years related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Technical Knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic/electrical logic, subsea hardware, etc. * Subsea Industry experience required * At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. * Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical or equivalent. * Ability to travel domestically and internationally as and when required. * Full-time position (1) available. *Job Title:* Technical Sales Manager - Service, Technology & Rental *Location:* Jurong, Singapore *Job ID:* 11150 *Regular/Temporary:* Regular *Full/Part Time:* Full-Time
