Position Summary Collect, review and input data into project related databases. Audit output data for completion, identifying errors resulting from data entry or insufficient data. Maintain process and procedural lists pertaining to data entry and data analysis Duties & Responsibilities The Data Control Clerk reports directly to the Program Management Office Manager for the performance of his/her duties. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Collect and introduce data into Primavera P6 and Microsoft Access databases. Review the new and existing data, correcting or updating data when necessary Maintain accurate database records Provide reports on various topics to the supervisor Compile statistical reports and Earned Value related data Assist with verification and editing of input and output data Maintain records of various tasks related to the job Perform quality control analysis and other related activities Assist in the development of databases and other data-keeping tools Perform all functions under the supervision of the Program Management Office Manager Qualifications Requires 1 year of relevant post High School education and 1-2 years of experience in data keeping and analysis Experience with Excel and Access preferred. Peoplesoft experience a plus.
