Overview / Responsibilities
Due to our continued success, working on major development projects across the country, we are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Planner to join our award winning planning and design team. Our team works mainly with utility and energy companies, minerals and waste operators, Government departments and agencies, and local authorities. Our projects are often high profile and at the leading edge of professional practice.
You will be responsible for the delivery of planning applications and EIAs involving multi-disciplinary technical teams, and the input of technical advice into major development schemes. You will have the opportunity to win your own business and will play an important part in the growth of our team.
Skills / Qualifications
- You will be qualified to degree level in Town Planning and will be a full member of the RTPI
- You will have EIA experience
- You will ideally have experience within a private consultancy environment within the UK
- You will have the ambition and ability to develop client relationships and assist with the winning the new work
Typically we would expect someone to have around five years' relevant experience to undertake this role successfully, but depth and breadth rather than length of experience, will be considered when making recruitment decisions.
