~~PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Due to EnLink's recent asset purchases there are more than 150 active Bristol/Control Wave flow computers in Louisiana. With the added flow computers and the need for more expertise on programing, data collection, and troubleshooting, this position is critical for supporting the equipment and LA assets. This position will also assist in the mitigation of large financial swings relating to gas and liquid systems L&U.
SCOPE AND MAGNITUDE:
This person is responsible for ensuring the integrity and reliability of gas and liquid measurement systems throughout the EnLink organization. The position will be assigned a primary area of focus to maintain all aspects of Bristol flow computers, as well as train current EnLink technicians.
•Installation, maintenance, calibration, inspection and troubleshooting of measurement systems, including but not limited to the following: meters (turbine, Coriolis, ultrasonic, positive displacement and orifice); flow computers (Omni, Autopilot Pro, Fisher ROC, Bristol); densitometers; transmitters (pressure, temperature, other); provers, chromatographs; control valves and relief system.
•Perform technical training on gas flow computer (Autopilot Pro, Fisher ROC, and Bristol) and gas/liquid chromatograph equipment as necessary.
•Install and troubleshoot communication devices and all related equipment (VAST, Digi, ProSoft Cards)
•Maintain, modify and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to maximize use of control technology and minimize installation and operating costs.
•Read and update P&IDs, electrical diagrams and other complex electrical drawings
•Witness testing and calibration of 3rd party meters.
•Collect periodic liquid and gas composite samples.
•Will be in "on call" rotation.
•Must complete applicable reporting and documentation of key operating parameters.
•Set up, maintain, and update meter data in measurement system
•Participate in periodic balance reviews with measurement and operations personnel and work as part of the team to investigate and resolve measurement imbalance issues
•Responsible for proper operation and maintenance of pipeline facilities in accordance with corporate, state and federal policies and procedures
•Attend all safety meetings and safety training courses as required .

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
•High School diploma or equivalent
•10 years of comprehensive measurement experience and strong experience with pipeline operations and maintenance. Liquid process gas (LPG) experience strongly desired.
•Knowledgeable in operating and maintaining natural gas/liquid pipeline and station facilities.
•Must have experience with Bristol flow measurement products.
•Must have people skills task prioritizing skills
•Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and able to respond to call outs
•Valid Driver's License with clean record
•Must speak fluent English
•Must have basic computer skills to use company e-mail, company issued software & hardware, and complete electronic reports
•Must work with minimal supervision and be able to manage their time when given multiple tasks.
•Requires the ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with other individuals, teams, customers, and stakeholders of the business, at various levels of the organization, in a business-like and professional manner
