• Ability to work with other business disciplines in a global environment such as Technical, Business Development and Capital Projects. ResponsibilityThe Senior Executive is responsible to execute overall Pengerang Integrated Complex (PIC) ICT Planning including ICT Roadmap & Implementation Strategy and to identify and mitigate ICT Risk for ICT Operation. He / She is also responsible to deliver ICT Services delivered with high quality as per agreed with Business Stakeholders besides being responsible in planning, controlling and monitoring the effective governance to ensure ICT compliance for PIC ICT Operation and Business Operational Readiness.

• Execute the development and implementation of the ICT Roadmap & Implementation Strategy through the establishment and implementation of the PIC Implementation Strategy and ICT Programme Solution Management.
• Execute the ICT Operation Roadmap with the high quality of standard to meet Business user’s expectation & satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit OPEX ICT Budget for PETRONAS Refinary & Petrochemical Corporation (PRPC) and PIC in the budget cycle period.
• Develop risk profile and mitigation plan on any potential risks particularly for ICT operation.
• Ensure the documentation handover for risk management from PMO team ICT operation are in place.
• Execute ICT Security tools and processes for IT operation as per agreed roadmap.
• Coordinate frequent meeting and develop action item plans with Business and stakeholders in identifying and capturing ICT demand from business stakeholders by developing and enhance relationship, actively manages Business expectations / Joint Venture Company (JVCo) and monitors satisfaction level.
• Execute plan to improve ICT Operation to meet Business Users expectation and satisfaction around the investment strategy.
• Conduct research on the identified key technology from new IT system or component that will be impacted to the Business due changing of Business process or technology process.
• Execute common ICT services across the PIC which include the operating model, governance model, service offering and chargeback model.
• Develop and deliver the ICT Shared Services Centre (SSC) key workforce capabilities and obtain approval from the HOD.
• Roll-out of common ICT Services into the live environment.
• Develop the governance structures and processes for PIC ICT Operation to meet the Business requirement and comply with PETRONAS group policy.
• Ensure operation delivery comply with PETRONAS ICT standard and policy.
• Ensure ICT Standard are updated and cascaded timely to the Business and project team.
