Project Superintendent Duties and Responsibilities - Employee is responsible for: representing the company to customers and managing day to day field activities as a Project Superintendent; using relevant industry knowledge and keeping up to date technically and with industry trends and applying technical knowledge to the job: providing job specific information and progress to Company, by telephone, in written form, email, and/or in person; and providing documentation, drawings,  or specifications necessary to suggest to others how structures are to be repaired, constructed, modified, maintained or used.
Employee will: manage subcontractors as required, manage vendor equipment and  material deliveries, conform to company safety standards, actively maintain customer satisfaction of current and previous customers, estimate sizes, distances, and quantities; or determine time, costs,  resources,  or  materials needed to perform a work activity; attend production meetings, training and coaching sessions to increase productivity; submit detailed progress reports, productivity and projection reports to senior management of Stellar; build customer relationships by maintaining contact with current and potential customers including before, during and after the job; act as a primary contact for the customers,  subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers before, during and after the job; and act as Company liaison between customers, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. Travel as needed to produce   projects
Individual Duties: Prepare for adjustments; work up scope;  meet  with  adjusters;  prepare  scope to order materials; review and map out  new  storms  for  opportunities;  complete  submittal  forms with customers when assistance is needed; assist when needed in overseeing job, and finalizing certificate of completion; and, service and assist with corporate accounts.
