  • Business Performance & Decision Support
    • Partnering with asset technical team and joint venture partners, collates timely and accurate performance data from defined sources and produce project performance information and reports
    • Participates in asset performance review, joint venture forums & adds value by challenging project cost assumptions and performance explanation
    • Participate in budgeting, planning and forecasting of asset capital expenditures
    • Acts as custodian of project performance-related system
  •  Finance Activities
    • Act as business partner interfacing with JV (Joint Venture) partners and customers with respect to JV finance operations and activities
    • Act as asset interface, partnering with Global Shared Services (GSS), monitoring services level & highlight associated risks/ issues
  •  Statutory Reports & Taxation
    • Act as asset focal point, working with external auditor for the audit of financial statements for the Australian entities
    • Responsible for preparation of all statutory accounts and associated returns for compliance to Australian regulations
    • Responsible for timely filing of monthly VAT, WHT, quarterly Royalty & Production Bonus with associated government and regulatory bodies
    • Custodian of finance documents for local statutory compliance, provide support on Government tax review/ audit
  •  People & Organization
    • Accountable for personal and professional development and actively contributes to building organizational capability
  • And any Ad-hoc  assignments may be assigned

  • Bachelor degree or higher in finance, accounting or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years working experience
  • Sound working knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Report System) principles and practice / Petroleum or Corporate Income
  • Basic knowledge of Financial and Internal Controls
  • Proficiency in MS office, especially Ms.Excel
  • Knowledge and skill in SAP BI is advantage
