Job Description:

• Co-ordinate the activities of the Contracts Administration, Planning and Engineering Departments
• Review the terms and conditions of all tenders and highlight any areas where allowances may be necessary
• Ensure that all commercial aspects of all projects are properly monitored, reported and controlled
• Attend project progress meetings, as necessary
• Monitor any contract claims and lead negotiations with the Clients representatives, whenever necessary
• Advise the project execution teams on the methods of recovery for additional work, change orders etc
• Review and report on the cost impact of any recovery or acceleration schedules
• Maintain the master files of all Contracts, Subcontracts, Supply Agreements and Rental Agreements for work undertaken at all locations.
• Monitor the progress of all projects and ensure that invoices are submitted promptly
• Oversee the activities of the Planning Department and ensure that any slippage is accurately recorded and reported
• Review proposals for recovery of any slippage that may occur
• Oversee the activities of the Engineering Department in support of all projects & report to Project Manager

Qualification,Experience & Skills:

• Preferably mechanical Engineer
• Experience of 12 to 15 years as Project Engineer / Coordinator for EPC Projects
• Well versed with Company norms and procedures
• Having experience in Flow line projects
• At least 8 to 10 years experience
• Well versed with Contract execution of EPC Project
• Knowledge in Primavera and knowledge in Cost control will be an added advantage
