AECOM is seeking a Document Control Administrator to be based in our Las Vegas, Nevada location.

Responsibilities include:
•Assist Project and/or Contract Manager to manage all contract documents
•Maintain files & tracks all documentation in support of engineering and construction; including bid package documentation
•Maintain master drawing lists;
•Assist in change order preparation;
•Maintain DCR and change order Logs;
•Copy & distribute drawings, specifications, contracts;
•Route DCR's, change orders, etc.;
•Maintain Project Procedures Manual - Site Control Plan, Health & Safety Plan, Quality Control Plan, Cost Control Plan;
•Plant specific special conditions, and Contractor's Information Manual;
•Set-up and maintain project files per WFG document index / file structure (hard copy and electronic);
•Distribute meeting minutes;
•Maintain /distribute QA/QC Testing services documents;
•Manage ILM requirements for labeling and retention;
•Route MSDS sheets to plant Environmental Engineer;
•Collect & file operation & maintenance manuals, training manuals, spare parts list, and warranty documents.

Minimum Requirements:
•High School diploma or demonstrated equivalent.
•8 years of experience in information management.
•Proven knowledge and experience with enterprise content management systems and Microsoft Windows environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
•Demonstrated Field/Construction Document Management¬† experience on large, complex programs or projects.
•Aconex system knowledge and experience preferred.
