Contract Duration: 12 months (Extendable)

Salary Package: 10,000 AED + Project Completion Bonus (equivalent to 1 month Salary)

*** Salary is all-inclusive lump-sum (covering basic salary, allowances, tickets, leaves, etc.); single status. Visa will be sponsored and medical insurance will be provided.

*** Open only to candidates who can join in 1 month or less.



  • Minimum 8 years of experience in total; at least 5 years in substation projects.

  • Candidates MUST have experience working in 400 kv & 132 kv Substation.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

  • Good communication skills and overall understanding of specific roles / client requirements.

  • Holder of UAE/GCC Driving license (preference).


  • Supervise the electromechanical work of assigned site as per aproved drawings and materials and ensure execution of electromechanical work inline with Authority's specification and scope of works.
  • Prepare daily site reports to ensure close monitoring of contractor's electromechanical progress activities.
  • Attend progress meetings with contractors and consultants whenever required.
  • Coordinate with Authority's internal departments to ensure their requirements and queries are addressed and closed.
  • Coordinate with contractor/consultant to ensure proper completion of project work before handing over to user department.
  • Issue site notes and follow up to ensure all site notes are closed according to Authority's requirements.
  • Ensure non-disclosure of confidential information to anyone within or outside the Authority, during or after employment.
  • Follow and adhere to the OH&S Management System Manual as per Authority's safety standards.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
