Authorized to work in: US

•Maintain accurate fleet records to include, but not limited to, new purchases and registrations renewals.
•Assist Director with necessary paperwork to requisition new vehicles.
•Coordinate movement of fleet inventory to include, but not limited to, delivery of new fleet and transfer of fleet between regions.
•Complete documents required by state(s) for titling and registration of new fleet units.
•Work with ESR to ensure all tag and title work meets state requirements.
•Ensure fleet invoices have appropriate documentation, approvals and are properly processed.
•Work with Accounts Payable to properly set up new fleet vendors in the system(s)
•Assist Director with coding invoices and submitting for payment.
•Abide by Company policies and procedures.
•Other duties and special projects as assigned.
