The purpose of this position is to implement and manage programs and policies associated with OSHA Process Safety Management, EPA Risk Management Plan, and Asset Integrity Management to ensure that EnLink facilities subject to OSHA's Process Safety Management and EPA's Risk Management Plan are in compliance.

•Implement and manage PSM and RMP compliance, including assisting and managing mechanical integrity program for EnLink covered facilities.
•Assist facilities to ensure their site specific programs are in compliance, track deficiencies noted during facility audits, design & conduct annual training required by the PSM & RMP programs.
•Monitor facility PSM and RMP programs to identify risk areas of compliance and interpret OSHA/EPA regulations and apply to everyday business in the areas of safety & compliance.
•Lead Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) including "What-If" and other methodologies analysis on covered processes.
•Facilitate PSM culture change across the company as well as develop and maintain a high level of expertise in both Safety and Compliance domains and other duties as required.
•Stay current with the latest regulations, standards and interpretations associated with PSM and RMP.

•Personnel from operations, engineering, and other compliance groups as well as personnel from the EnLink corporate office to ensure proper completion of projects.
•EHS and Assess Integrity department such as the safety group, the environmental group, pipeline integrity and compliance.
•External contractors to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.

•Bachelor's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering preferred.Engineering degree may be substituted with other Bachelor of Science Degree but will require a minimum of 5+ years of direct experience in PSM and RMP, Regulatory Compliance and Safety related experience.
•Minimum 2+ years' experience in a natural gas processing, refinery or other petrochemical environment is required.
•Must have an in-depth knowledge of all elements of the OSHA/PSM standards including Audit Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Programs (RMP) in order to insure compliance.
•Strong pipeline mechanical integrity experience required.
•Must have solid practical understanding of OSHA/PSM program and EPA RMP programs and experience with development and management of regulatory compliance and safety systems across multi-site locations.
•Must have strong practical understanding of Code and Standards and RAGAGEP applicable to mechanical integrity of process equipment covered by PSM and RMP. These include but not limited to API 510, API 570, API 653, API 580, API 581, API 620, and API 621.
•Strong organizational skills are mandatory with the ability to deploy programs company-wide.
•Project management skills required to keep projects on target as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization; achieve results through others, solid decision making skills utilizing sound judgment.
•Strong proficient in utilization of electronic tools such as MS Office, UltraPIPE, PSAIM, CMS, EMOC (EnLink propriety tool), etc.
•Ability to conduct engineering analytical assessment such as pressure relief system analysis, corrosion analysis of piping and vessels, pipe stress analysis, etc.
•Experience with using and leading process hazard analyses studies by various techniques is preferred.
•Practical and working knowledge of the OSHA, PSM and EPA RMP regulations is required.
•Good technical writing and implementation skills necessary to document and track PSM activities.
•Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, have effective leadership skills and have a diligent attitude.
