Assist in the coordination and execution of the external and other various financial reporting functions for Plains All American Pipeline, L.P (NYSE: PAA) and Plains GP Holdings, L.P. (NYSE: PAGP). This position reports to the Senior of Financial Reporting.


  • Assist in the coordination and preparation of documents to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), including Forms 10-Q, 10-K and 8-K
  • Assist in completion of eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) for SEC filings
  • Assist in the preparation of the Statements of Cash Flows
  • Maintain automated financial statements and other financial reports
  • Support Financial Reporting Senior in identifying process improvement opportunities
  • Work with Investor Relations group to prepare and finalize press releases, conference calls and partnership presentations
  • Primary responsibility for the compilation and organization of support files for all aforementioned filings, reports, press releases, conference calls and partnership presentations
  • Perform technical accounting research, including the preparation of memorandums reporting conclusions of such research to management
  • Assist in keeping abreast on current accounting and industry related topics and informs other departments of potential impact upon their reporting procedures
  • Minimal to no travel required

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting required
  • 1+ years of public accounting experience or general accounting experience required
  • Certified Public Accountant license is required (Note: individuals seeking a CPA license also encouraged to apply)
  • Experience with eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) is preferred, but not required
  • Experience within or general understanding of the midstream oil and gas industry is preferred
  • Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word required
