The SAP BW and Analytics Analyst will serve in the role of project lead for a variety of strategic BI & Reporting Team projects.  Key skills include strong leadership skills, good crises management skills and the ability to handle the pressure of challenging projects. A working knowledge of financial accounting and reporting, strong technical skills and previous project management experience are required.  Primary responsibilities include being a liaison with the business to understand functional requirements and work with various IT teams to relay technical requirements.  Additional responsibilities will include: coordinating with business users, gathering functional and technical requirements, prioritizing project efforts and maintaining project documentation. This position will also be responsible for day to day administrative tasks for a variety of enterprise tools such as security administration, implementation of dashboard changes and user trainings. In addition, this position will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for SAP Analysis for Office and Business Objects tools and assisting with software upgrades as necessary. Lastly, this position will also act as the primary liaison between the BI & reporting team and the SOX/Audit teams and will be responsible for SOX compliance of applications owned by the BI & Reporting team.  Knowledge of Internal controls and audit processes is required. 





  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to manage projects (timelines, resources, project documentation, business user facilitation)
  • Ability to effectively communicate with the Finance and Accounting business users
  • Proficient technical writing skills
  • Previous applicable technical experience required
  • Previous accounting knowledge required
  • Previous audit experience is required




  • Technical proficiency in SAP ECC FI, CO and JVA modules, experience with SAP New GL implementations, SAP BW, Microsoft SharePoint, Tableau and data analysis are required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science required
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience required
