Clough Clinches Contract for Udang Development
Clough received a contract from PT NuTech Dinamika Semesta for pipelay and subsea installations for the East Udang development project. The company will use the Java Constructor barge to support installation of six new pipelines, each measuring about 2 miles (3.5 kilometers) in length, three new hydraulic control umbilicals, and associated tie-ins and risers from the wellhead to the Udang Alpha Platform. Installation is scheduled to commence in August 2011, and will last about 35 days, with options for an extension.
