Electro-Flow Controls (EFC) Group has further augmented its management team with the appointment of Jacqui Maiden as financial controller and Louise McGowan as sales and marketing manager.
With over 12 years experience in a sales and marketing capacity, McGowan returns to EFC as sales and marketing manager, following a period as commercial operations specialist (UK) at General Electric (GE) Oil & Gas.
McGowan's appointment is the latest in a new management line-up, a consequence of EFC's GBP10million management buy-in last year. The team is now led by managing director Bob Will.
"I'm delighted to be back at EFC, it is a closely knit and ambitious team, and I'll be working once again with Ted Littlechild who continues in his role of sales director. It's sure to be a very busy and rewarding experience, the formation of EFC Group, built on the solid foundation of Electro-Flow Controls, is an exciting vision to be part of.
"I previously worked with Bob Will at Expro, and under his direction EFC Group has a strong strategy combining its core oilfield instrumentation, emerging Subsea Controls technology and complimentary mechanical handling solutions. Accelerated international growth is feasible with new markets open to us through this combination," Ms. McGowan.
Jacqui Maiden, previously accounts and audit manager for Simpson Forsyth joins the company as financial controller, increasing EFC's employee numbers to 64 people worldwide. "Having worked with EFC in my former role I’m aware of the sound track record the company has established and I’m pleased to form part of the management team working towards further significant growth of the company."
