Oil Slips, Falls 43 Cents
Crude oil prices for June delivery fell 43 cents to settle at $76.37 a barrel, fluctuating from a low of $75.36 and a high of $77.68.
Despite hitting a low last week, analysts believe world oil demand will rise by 1.7 million barrels a day this year, with China accounting for about a third of that, reported JP Morgan Chase & Co.
Natural gas prices settled at $4.13, down four cents from yesterdays price. Additionally, unleaded gas settled at $2.20, gaining a percentage from Monday's closing price.
