Fluor Reinforces Position in Middle East
Fluor was awarded a FEED contract by Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Company for offshore facilities at the Umm Lulu field. Fluor received the contract in the first quarter of 2010. Umm Lulu's Phase II development consists of six wellhead towers, production facilities, living quarters, infield subsea pipelines and an export pipeline to Zirku Island. The project will tie into ADMA-OPCO's SARB project, which Fluor is currently performing a FEED, for further processing at the Zirku Island facilities.
