OEG Offshore Books New Contracts to Supply Modules
OEG Offshore has been awarded a clutch of new rental and sale contracts worth around £100,000 (U.S. $140,000) during the first quarter of 2010.
The Aberdeen-based firm will supply a variety of modules -- on both a sale and hire basis -- to a range of major international operators across the globe.
Craig Russell, Commercial Director of OEG, said, "OEG has an established reputation internationally of being able to respond quickly to customer requests, both in terms of cost effective solutions and delivery of our modules and this continues to be a key factor in us being awarded major contracts by significant operators in the oil and gas sector.
"Our ongoing international aspirations have resulted in the company expanding its global presence in recent times, meaning that we now have an extensive fleet of units on the ground across the globe, allowing us to reach our customers wherever they are in the world.
"In addition, our units are all designed so that they can be easily modified to suit customers' individual requirements -- and the importance of this versatility is, I believe, being reflected in the increasing level of interest we are receiving in our products."
