Rolls-Royce Gets Green Light for ODIM Acquisition

Rolls-Royce announces that it has obtained the necessary clearance from the Norwegian Competition Authority, regarding the the announcement on February 26, 2010 recommended cash offer to acquire the outstanding shares in ODIM ASA.
The competition clearance condition set out in Section 1.6 c. of the Offer document has been satisfied.
