Technip Extends Contract with UTEC Survey
UTEC Survey has been awarded a two-year extension to its existing Master Service Agreement (MSA) with engineering and construction company, Technip USA Inc.
Under the terms of the contract, UTEC will continue to provide an extensive range of survey services, including pre-lay surveys, pipelay support, cut-to-length calculations, as-laid and as-built surveys, acoustic spool piece metrology and onshore dimensional control surveys. Offshore work will be conducted from the deepwater pipelay vessel Deep Blue, the deepwater construction vessel Deep Pioneer and other vessels as required.
In addition, UTEC will provide survey equipment and personnel to support Technip's offshore construction projects in the Gulf of Mexico and other areas as needed.
UTEC, who has been providing offshore survey and positioning, as well as shore-based dimensional control services to Technip since 2007.
