Clough's Board Bids Farewell to John Cooper

Clough announced that John Cooper has resigned from the Clough Board, effective January 31, 2010, after 3 years in office.

Cooper was appointed to Clough's Board in August 2006 and served as Non-Executive Deputy Chairman. In January 2007, Cooper was appointed as Clough's Chief Executive Officer and during his interim tenure was instrumental in guiding the company through a difficult period prior to the appointment of current CEO John Smith. Cooper returned to the position of Non-Executive Director for Clough in August 2007.

"John has been an invaluable member of the Board during his 3-year tenure. His knowledge and experience has been influential in repositioning Clough as an Engineering-led EPC contractor focusing on the oil and gas industry," said Mike Harding, Chairman of Clough.
