Grid Petroleum to Acquire Leases in Wyoming Gas Field

Grid Petroleum has entered into a letter of intent to acquire a 100% working interest in four separate oil and gas prospects within the Jonah Field region of Wyoming, USA. The Jonah Prospects encompass over 6,000 acres of high impact gas leases and are located in the second largest proven gas reserve in the North America.
This transaction will be subject to a prominent oil and gas services valuator's opinion and further due diligence. Grid Petroleum must complete this transaction no later than April 15, 2010.
