Aurelian is pleased to announce that Christopher Brown has been appointed as exploration manager. Chris (53) is joining us from Suncor Energy, where he was Exploration Director for North Africa and the Near East.
Previously, he was with Enterprise Oil, holding various posts involving several Central European projects and was also responsible for the establishment of Enterprise's Rome office which was the base for their major Southern Apennine discoveries. He was their International New Ventures Manager when Shell took them over in 2002.
Chris will join Aurelian on March 1, 2010, following completion of his current responsibilities with Suncor Energy who are relocating the management of their international business back to Canada.
