INTECSEA Appoints Director of Business Development

INTECSEA has announced the appointment of Bill Westcott to the position of Director, Business Development -- Americas. Bill will be based in Houston and report to Uri Nooteboom, Sr. VP for the Americas Region operations and to Jim Osborn as Sr. VP for global INTECSEA business development.

Bill graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a BME and is an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Bill comes to INTECSEA from Lloyd's Register, where he most recently served as VP Upstream Oil & Gas -- Americas. While at Lloyd's, he held several positions in business development and marketing as he helped build their Oil & Gas/Energy business in the Americas. Bill brings over 30 years of experience in the offshore business, primarily in the deepwater regions of the world.
