Black Dragon Resources Names New Chairman, CEO
Black Dragon Resource has named Dr. R. Gerald Bailey as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
Dr. R. Gerald Bailey has over 45 years of professional world-wide leadership in engineering, operating, and executive knowledge in the industry, both upstream and downstream, including exploration, production, refining, LNG, and petrochemicals. Dr. R. Gerald Bailey was the former President of Exxon, Arabian Gulf, and has held a number of executive positions and Board level assignments. Bailey has been widely published and handles consulting for a number of entities with particular insight in the Middle East and is a member of Middle East Policy Council. Professional background includes Chairman of Bailey Petroleum, Houston, Chairman and CEO of Texas Southern Oil and Gas LLC, Houston, and Partner of BCM Energy Investments, New York. He holds BS, MS, and PhD degrees as a chemical engineer, and is a graduate of the University of Houston. He is also a registered Professional Engineer.
