Delta Engineering Corporation, a premiere living quarter and subsea module fabrication company for the offshore oil and gas production industry, will now be known as Delcor USA.
This change highlights a broader current of growth and transition within the company and illustrates the company's renewed brand message and look, including a new logo and web site, www.delcor-usa.com.
"While our name and some top management positions have changed, we continue to build upon our legacy of quality and safety," said Jim Walsh, CEO and Chairman of Delcor USA.
Keith H. Cole has joined the company as President and CFO. Prior to joining Delcor, Cole served on Delta Engineering's board of directors, and retains a board position with Delcor Group -- the holding company over Delcor USA. Cole has an extensive history growing companies.
Larry Lee, formerly a Vice President of Business Development with the company for nearly 20 years, was named Chief Operating Officer. Bobby Bragg, a Vice President of Business Development with the company for 18 years, was named Vice President of the Subsea-Topsides Division. Randy Kemp, a Vice President of Project Management with the company for 15 years, was named Vice President of the Buildings Division.
