Heidi Peterson Steps Down from Aker Soultions' Board
Aker Solutions ASA
Heidi Petersen has informed the Board of Directors of Aker Solutions ASA of her intent to resign from the Board with immediate effect. The Board has accepted her resignation and will move to elect a new Board member following standard procedures.
"We understand Heidi Petersen's choice," said Jannik Lindbaek jr., SVP Corporate Communications, Aker Solutions, "and can only regret that she did not choose to take part in the Board's discussions at their meeting on March 30."
