PSN Strengthens US Management Team

Production Services Network (PSN), an international energy services company, has named Mindy Burke manager of human resources and John Gibson as business manager. The two will report into the company’s Houston-based Americas division.

Burke, who is based in Houston, was previously vice president of human resources for Telwares, a leading provider of telecommunications and IT spend management solutions. She also was manager of operations for MPEGLA, LLC, the world leader in alternative technology licenses. She has a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Pepperdine University.

Gibson has 35 years experience in operations, commissioning, start-up and design of large-scale gas and petrochemical facilities. Prior to being named to his position in the Bakersfield, Calif., office, Gibson was assigned to the KBR London office as commission manager of the Shell GTL project in Qatar. He also spent seven years as operations and project manager for Occidental’s gas facilities in Bakersfield.

He has additional international experience as a commissioning manager for the Statoil Troll gas plant in Norway, as well as various ethylene plant projects around the globe. Gibson served in various positions with a number of LNG facilities
