Flint has been awarded a multi-year construction contract to provide well pads and pipelines for CSS Thermal Oilsands facilities in northeastern Alberta. The contract is with a major oil & gas company and is valued at approximately $16 million to $18 million annually under an "evergreen term," which allows for the contract to continue into the future based on mutually agreed upon conditions.

The work will take place in northeastern Alberta and will be performed by Flint's personnel based in Bonnyville and Cold Lake, Alberta starting immediately.

Bill Lingard, President and Chief Executive Officer of Flint said, "We are very pleased to have been awarded this multi-year contract. The evergreen feature of the contract allows us to make long term commitments of our
resources, offering better execution, improved safety, and overall improved service for the life of the agreement."
